Returns and Exchanges
At The Charmed Peacock, we pride ourselves in offering the highest quality merchandise. Customers have 30 days from date of purchase to return any unwanted merchandise that is unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of defects and in its original packaging, if applicable. Returns must be postmarked 30 days from date of purchase. If a return is received with a postmark past the 30 days, the package may be refused and returned back to you. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are custom ordered. Thecharmedpeacock.com has the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that this site determines does not meet these requirements. Customers may choose whether they would like to exchange, receive an in-store credit, or receive a refund less shipping costs. All exchanges are subject to availability of the item requested in the exchange and are subject to your payment of any cost difference for the item as well as any additional taxes if applicable. For domestic purchases, we cover regular shipping of merchandise shipped back to you on exchanges. Any sale merchandise discounted at 30% or more is considered clearance and is final sale. Returns are not accepted on clearance items. Exchanges of sizes will be permitted for the same item only provided item is in stock. If you wish to exchange a clearance item, please contact customer service. Swimwear Returns:
In addition to all return stipulations: We allow a one time size exchange or return on swimsuits. All tags and hygienic liners must be in place and the item must be in new condition. For this reason, do not remove your undergarments when you first try on the swimsuit. The Charmed Peacock will not issue a refund or credit for swimwear unless it is returned within 30 days in perfect, re-sellable condition. Please follow all other return guidelines and instructions.
